This is a preview card so the review deck can be styled and tested before real feedback exists. The kit went into a fresh sub-account, the load sheet listed every custom value in order, and the build was finished before lunch.
Database Reactivation Campaign Management
Managed end to end: segments built, opener written, batches throttled, replies triaged, results reported honestly.
What you get back
- A consent and suppression review before a single message is sent
- Six segments built from the actual database, not assumed ones
- A conversational opener written for the business, not a template
- Throttled batch scheduling with a daily cap you approve
- Reply triage into positive, negative and ambiguous, with live hand-off to your team
- A written result report: contacts worked, replies, bookings, opt-outs and what we would change
How it runs
- 01
Consent and suppression review
Before anything else we look at how the list was collected and what suppression already exists. If we do not think the campaign should run, we will say so before you pay for it.
- 02
Segmentation
Six segments built from the real data: never contacted, contacted but never booked, booked but never bought, bought once, bought repeatedly, and opted out. The last one is excluded from everything.
- 03
Opener and cadence
A short, answerable opening question written for this business — no link, no discount, no pitch — and a cadence that leaves room for a conversation.
- 04
Throttled run
Batches go out under a daily cap you approve, spread across the sending window, with reply and complaint rates watched between batches rather than at the end.
- 05
Triage and report
Replies are sorted and handed to your team live. At the end you get a written report of what happened, including the parts that did not work.
The campaign most people should not run
A database reactivation campaign against a list with no consent trail is not a marketing decision, it is a deliverability decision, and it affects every other message the account sends afterwards. The first thing this engagement does is check whether the campaign should run at all.
Occasionally the answer is no, and we say so before invoicing.
Segments before sends
“The database” is not one audience. Someone who bought twice three years ago and someone who filled a form and vanished need different messages, and sending both the same thing is how a list gets burned in an afternoon.
Slowly, and with a person available
Batches go out under a daily cap you approve. The opener is a question, not an offer. Replies are triaged and handed to your team live, which means somebody on your side has to be available — we agree those hours before the first batch, because a campaign that generates conversations nobody answers is worse than no campaign.
An honest report
At the end you get contacts worked, replies received, bookings made, opt-outs recorded, and a paragraph on what we would change next time. Including the parts that did not work.
Related work
Every snapshot in the catalog already carries the database reactivation component, so the campaign itself is a service rather than a separate product. If the sub-account is not built yet, start with sub-account setup and go-live.
Reviews
Reviews of this service
These are sample entries. SubaccountKit is new, so rather than invent testimonials we are showing clearly-labelled placeholders while the deck waits for real customers. Nothing here is published as review or rating markup either — search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are real.
Placeholder copy standing in for a real review. The point being illustrated here is the follow-up ladder stopping the moment someone books, which is the thing most sequences get wrong.
A preview entry, not a customer quote. It exists so the deck renders with a realistic length of text and the shuffle animation can be judged honestly before launch.
Sample text. Deliberately four stars rather than five, so the star row is tested at more than one value and the layout is proven before real reviews arrive.
Another preview card. Real reviews will replace every entry in this file, and the same change that swaps them in also switches the review structured data on.
Questions
No. If the consent trail is unclear or the list was bought, we will decline. That is not caution for its own sake — a campaign against a list with no consent damages the sending reputation of the whole account.
We triage them and hand live conversations to your team. Reactivation converts through conversation, so somebody on your side needs to be available while a campaign runs; we will agree the hours before we start.
We will not quote a conversion rate before seeing your list, because anyone who does is guessing. The report at the end tells you exactly what happened, including the parts that did not work.
