About

A build shop for agencies that create the same account repeatedly

SubaccountKit exists because the fifth time you build a client sub-account by hand, you are paying senior thinking for a question that already has an answer. We turned that answer into twenty-two kits and seven services.

Where this came from

Every agency arrives at the same point. You have built the same sub-account four times, each one slightly different from the last, and none of them documented. The fifth client asks for a change and nobody can remember which account had the good version of the follow-up sequence.

SubaccountKit is that fifth build, done properly and then done again for twenty-two niches. Each kit carries the same nine components — an AI receptionist, an outbound caller, a chatbot, a website, a booking system, review harvesting, review automation, database reactivation and lifetime nurture — configured for how that particular business actually operates.

What we are not

We are not a marketplace, and we are not selling a library of two hundred assets you will spend a weekend deleting. Twenty-two kits is a deliberately small catalogue. If your client does not match one, we would rather tell you than sell you the nearest fit.

We are also not a GoHighLevel reseller or partner. SubaccountKit is an independent build shop. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. SubaccountKit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc.

Working with us

Buy a kit and load it yourself, or hand the whole thing over. Most agencies start with one kit, load it into a test sub-account, and come back forbulk provisioning once they have seen what a standardised account does to their delivery time.

The standard

Six things we will not trade away

Most of these cost us sales. They are the reason the catalogue is twenty-two kits rather than two hundred.

Nine components, never ten

Every kit contains exactly the same nine. We do not pad a catalogue entry with an extra feature to justify a higher number, and a more expensive kit is a deeper configuration rather than a longer list.

The load sheet is part of the product

A snapshot without documentation is somebody’s working file. Every kit ships with the sheet that says what to fill, what to rename and what to publish last, because that is what makes it usable by a second builder.

No invented proof

No fabricated testimonials, no borrowed client logos, no install counts we cannot evidence, and no rating markup until the reviews are real. The sample entries in our review deck say "sample" on the card.

We will talk you out of it

If a kit does not fit the client, or a service is the wrong answer to the problem, we would rather say so before invoicing. A half-undone snapshot is worse than an empty account.

Invisible inside your agency

Everything happens in your GoHighLevel agency, under your branding, with your client relationship untouched. We are never introduced to your client and never contact them directly unless you ask.

Arithmetic, not claims

Every number on a kit page is an illustrative scenario with its assumptions printed next to it, so you can substitute your own. The only performance figures we quote are the product team’s design targets, and we label them as such.

Delivery and support

What is in the box, and what is a separate job

Clear edges make a better engagement than a long list of exclusions. Here is where the included support ends and where a quote begins.

Included with every kit

  • Support for the snapshot itself and everything inside it
  • Adjusting the automations that ship with the kit
  • Adding a few more automations alongside them
  • Tuning triggers, timings and message copy in the components
  • Help getting the kit loaded and configured in your sub-account

Quoted separately, or run by a VA

  • Third-party integrations with systems outside the sub-account
  • Third-party API work, in either direction
  • Custom software and middleware development
  • Ongoing campaign management run on your behalf

All four are real services we offer — seeintegrations, APIs and custom software. They are scoped and quoted so you know the cost before anyone starts.

Work with us

Send the client and we will name the kit

Or tell us honestly that none of them fit, which happens often enough that we put it on the about page.
