Sub-Account Setup & Go-Live

You send the client details. We hand back a configured, tested, live sub-account and the build sheet that explains it.

What you get back

  • A sub-account built from the kit that fits the client, with all nine components configured
  • Phone number, registration guidance, sending domain and calendar configuration
  • Every configurable value populated from the intake, never left as a placeholder
  • A recorded test pass across every component before handover
  • A written build sheet: what exists, what triggers it, what to change first
  • A 30-minute handover call, recorded for your team
  1. How it runs

  2. 01

    Intake

A short brief: client name, industry, offer, service area, booking preferences and anything already live that must not break. Fifteen minutes, once.

  3. 02

    Kit selection

We pick the kit that fits and tell you why. If nothing fits, we say so rather than forcing one that will be half-undone within a week.

  4. 03

    Configuration

Account created, kit loaded, all nine components configured against the intake, calendars set to real availability, numbers attached and sending domains verified.

  5. 04

    Test pass

Every form submitted, every calendar booked, every component triggered on a test contact. Screenshots go into the build sheet.

  6. 05

    Go-live and handover

Sending components published in dependency order, then the account, the build sheet and a recorded walkthrough. One round of adjustments included in the first fourteen days.

What you are buying

Not a snapshot. A finished, tested, live sub-account. The difference is the two hours nobody budgets for: the number that will not verify, the sending domain that needs three DNS records, the calendar availability that has to match a real person’s diary, and the configurable values that decide whether the automation reads like a business or like a template.

The build sheet

Every handover includes one. It lists every component in the account, what triggers it, what it depends on and what a future builder should change first. It is the document that makes an account maintainable by someone who was not there when it was built — which, in an agency, is eventually everyone.

We will not force a kit

If the client’s model does not match anything in the catalog, we will say so. A half-undone kit is worse than an empty account, because nobody can tell which half is load-bearing.

Inside your agency, invisibly

Everything happens in your GoHighLevel agency, under your branding, with your client relationship intact. We are never introduced to the client and never contact them directly unless you ask.

Reviews

Reviews of this service

These are sample entries. SubaccountKit is new, so rather than invent testimonials we are showing clearly-labelled placeholders while the deck waits for real customers. Nothing here is published as review or rating markup either — search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are real.

This is a preview card so the review deck can be styled and tested before real feedback exists. The kit went into a fresh sub-account, the load sheet listed every custom value in order, and the build was finished before lunch.

Placeholder copy standing in for a real review. The point being illustrated here is the follow-up ladder stopping the moment someone books, which is the thing most sequences get wrong.

A preview entry, not a customer quote. It exists so the deck renders with a realistic length of text and the shuffle animation can be judged honestly before launch.

Sample text. Deliberately four stars rather than five, so the star row is tested at more than one value and the layout is proven before real reviews arrive.

Another preview card. Real reviews will replace every entry in this file, and the same change that swaps them in also switches the review structured data on.

Questions

We need enough access to create and configure the sub-account, which normally means an agency-level user with a defined scope. We work inside your agency, under your branding, and no client data leaves it.

We prepare and submit what we can and document precisely what you or the client must supply. Approval timelines are set by carriers, so we never promise a date.

Cheaper per account as a batch — see [bulk sub-account provisioning](/services/bulk-sub-account-provisioning/).
