Privacy policy
Last updated 1 October 2026. Short, because this site collects very little.
What this site collects
Three things, and nothing else:
- Contact enquiries. When you submit the form on the contact page we receive the name, email address, company, sub-account count, interest and message you typed. That enquiry is delivered to our internal notification channel so a person can reply to it.
- Preferences stored in your browser. Your theme, accent palette, accessibility settings and cookie choice are saved in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.
- Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, records requests to this site as part of delivering it. We do not combine those logs with anything else.
One more, and only if you say yes: if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used. It is covered in full below.
What this site does not do
- No advertising trackers and no pixels. The one analytics tool, Google Analytics 4, never loads without your consent.
- No selling, renting or sharing of enquiry data with anyone.
- No accounts, no passwords, no payment details taken on this website.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making about you.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage — your theme, palette, accessibility settings and your cookie choice — is used regardless, because without it the site cannot remember how you asked it to look. Nothing analytics-shaped loads unless you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can reopen that banner at any time from the link in the footer.
Google Analytics
Usage measurement on this site is provided by Google Analytics 4, run by Google LLC. Pick “Essential only” and the Google script is never fetched. Pick “Accept all” and it starts measuring straight away. “Accept all” covers analytics only: Google's advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation) are always sent as denied, so nothing is used for ads.
With your consent, Google Analytics collects:
- which pages you view on this site;
- device category, operating system and browser;
- approximate location — city or region level, derived from your IP address;
- the referring page or campaign link that brought you here.
Google Analytics 4 anonymises IP addresses: the full address is used only to estimate location and is not stored. It sets two first-party cookies on this domain, _ga (a random identifier that distinguishes browsers) and _ga_HLKTQJ4H93 (keeps the state of your session). Each lasts up to 2 years, per Google's defaults. Our Google Analytics property keeps event data for 14 months.
To withdraw consent, use Cookie settings in the footer and choose “Essential only”; measurement stops from that moment. Google's privacy policy explains how Google handles this data, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on blocks it across every website.
How long we keep an enquiry
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of what was agreed. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to us holding it. Email and we will act on it. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Processors we rely on
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Contact enquiries are delivered through a webhook to our internal notification tool. Email we send to you is delivered by our email provider. If you accept analytics, Google LLC processes usage data through Google Analytics 4. Those four organisations process data on our behalf, and we do not use any other processor for this website.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
