Sub-Account Audit & Rescue

Somebody else built it, nobody documented it, and the client says leads are going missing. We find out what is actually running before anyone changes anything.

What you get back

  • A full inventory of workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, tags and custom values as they exist today
  • A live test pass: every entry point triggered, every branch followed, every exit condition checked
  • A list of workflows that fire twice, never fire, or fire on a trigger nobody intended
  • Every hard-coded value that should be a custom value, with the blast radius of each one
  • A prioritised remediation list, ordered by what is costing the client money now
  • A written handover document the next person can actually read
  1. How it runs

  2. 01

    Inventory before opinion

We list what exists before judging any of it. Half of what looks broken in an inherited account is a duplicate left over from a snapshot loaded twice, and you cannot see that from inside one workflow.

  3. 02

    The live test pass

Every entry point gets a real submission, a real call and a real booking against a test contact. Workflows fail at the exit far more often than at the entry, and only a live pass finds that.

  4. 03

    Silent failure hunt

Trigger links pointing at a deleted funnel, calendars with no availability, sending domains that never authenticated, opt-outs that never propagated. These do not error — they just stop working.

  5. 04

    Prioritise by cost

The list comes back ordered by what is losing enquiries today, not by what is untidy. Naming conventions matter, but not before the missed-call text back that has been off since March.

  6. 05

    Fix or hand back

You get the plan either way. If you want the fixes executed, that is quoted separately from the audit so the diagnosis is never inflated by the cure.

Inherited accounts

An account you did not build is an account you cannot trust. The previous agency loaded a snapshot, edited it live, loaded a second one on top, and left. Nothing is documented, several things are duplicated, and the client has noticed that enquiries are going quiet.

What an audit is actually for

Not tidiness. The purpose is to find the specific mechanisms that are failing silently — the trigger link pointing at a funnel that was deleted, the workflow whose exit condition was never set so contacts sit in it forever, the calendar with no availability past last quarter.

The order the list comes back in

By money, not by mess. A missing naming convention is a real cost over a year. A missed-call text back that has been switched off since March is a real cost this week. The second one goes first.

If the audit concludes the account should be replaced rather than repaired, snapshot loading and migration is the route out.

Reviews of this service

These are sample entries. SubaccountKit is new, so rather than invent testimonials we are showing clearly-labelled placeholders while the deck waits for real customers. Nothing here is published as review or rating markup either — search engines see no ratings from this site until the words are real.

This is a preview card so the review deck can be styled and tested before real feedback exists. The kit went into a fresh sub-account, the load sheet listed every custom value in order, and the build was finished before lunch.

Placeholder copy standing in for a real review. The point being illustrated here is the follow-up ladder stopping the moment someone books, which is the thing most sequences get wrong.

A preview entry, not a customer quote. It exists so the deck renders with a realistic length of text and the shuffle animation can be judged honestly before launch.

Sample text. Deliberately four stars rather than five, so the star row is tested at more than one value and the layout is proven before real reviews arrive.

Another preview card. Real reviews will replace every entry in this file, and the same change that swaps them in also switches the review structured data on.

Questions

Sometimes, and we will show the arithmetic when we do. An account with forty workflows of which nine fire is usually cheaper to replace with a kit than to untangle. An account with a genuine custom build behind it usually is not.

Sub-account admin is enough for the audit itself. Some checks — snapshot lineage, relationship numbers — need agency-level visibility, and we will list what we could not see rather than guessing.

No, deliberately. Auditing and remediating in one price gives us an incentive to find more work. You get the findings, the priorities and a quote you are free to ignore.
